Friday, September 20th
- 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM: All activities open, including Vendors, Swap Meet, and Judging
- 10:30 AM: Official Opening Ceremony with a Special Announcement
- 10:45 AM: Unveiling of Special Vehicles
Saturday, September 21st
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM: Final day for all gates, vendors, and judging activities
